Chadwell isn’t the question. Chadwell’s staff is, I got faith the guy could do this job. He’s going to have to be humble enough to realize that he’s going to need some SEC bangers on his staff with a mix of people who know what he likes to do. Literally every coach who took this job and then was fired afterward has said they just never fathomed the jump in every aspect of the job.

He does that, I love the hire. The first key is realizing you can’t out Saban Saban. I’m all in for different, let’s go!

I hear what you are saying, but we have a TN guy that is our athletic director now. How is that working out. The fact is that no matter who we end up hiring (assuming JP is gone) he had better be successful, or he will be out the door too. Doesn't matter if he is a TN guy or not, and I personally would love to see a TN guy succeed and I love our team, but we are Tennessee fans and we will eat our own if they don't turn this program around.

Hahahahahhahahahaha I just off the phone with my guy. If you guys would’ve just heard this conversation. Wowwwwwwwwwwwwww. This staff needs to go. Bad bad things happening. All I’ll say is one former big time guy definitely transferring as of now. This staff was 10x worse than Butch’s staff when it came to being prepared. And we are definitely in trouble with NCAA. I see No way JP is the coach Next year. No way. So I guess that’s the positive haha.

For the X’s and O’s experts, how does Chadwells offense differ from Malzhans, who everyone says doesn’t work anymore?

Seems like they both have lots of eye Candy pre snap with motion and both have some option foundation. Auburn also typically brings in a lot of the niche scat backs to run horizontally, although they can mix in power.
