The whole hype train on Chadwell is based on one season, this season. Anyone hiring him is gambling he'll be able to replicate that, which is exactly the kind of thing UT does. Not to mention, Chadwell has his own NCAA baggage from his days at Charleston Southern. I really don't see how anyone sees this and thinks "great hire".

I don’t know about “great hire” but he just won AP Coach of the Year and most importantly he’s not Pruitt.

Hooker will be a rock star in Chadwell’s offense.. with salter coming in and possibly ty Simpson in 22, we have the perfect QB situation lined up.. plenty of speed at the RB and WR spots to make that offense run on steroids.. it’s all about the OL and how it translates to SEC play..

I know you’ve probably answered this a couple of different times, but how do you think Chadwell’s offense translates to the SEC? With top 10-15 talent?

Then who, in your opinion, is a great hire?

He gets more out of his players than Pruitt ever did with highly rated guys.
