If that's true then that's frightening because our list of candidates would all be microscopic, none having head coach experience so that Fulmer can exercise that "mentor" role. I don't believe this to be true

I was in Singapore when they used a bamboo cane to beat a guy for graffiti. They hit the person on buttocks. It cuts so deep and painful the person passes out. They wake the person up to before hitting again. Cleanest city I’ve ever seen

We need some of those laws in this country but I would add pouring salt on the cuts, just for good measure
