That is one of the hardest decisions for a coach..... our young players didn’t have the off-season to develop and bailey in particular hadn’t practiced much at all..... is it better to just throw guys out there or is it better to wait till you feel they are ready.... I don’t know the answer to that question and neither do any of us bc none of us were at practice...... I do know that he started Sunday night scrimmages to try and get younger players experience and ready for more playing time.....we improved a lot from year one to year two and would have liked to see what they could do when the younger players were ready.(I feel they are were most of our talent is) ....... our fans to overreact and don’t want to accept any reasons for anything that happened.... do I feel he has been a great coach or perfect? No, but I feel we’re trending in the right direction before covid ruined it.

Don't you think he probably wishes they'd fire him and pay him his buyout? If some folks snitched on him to try to get rid of him why would he want to come back other than money?

PF wants to keep Jeremy here because he still believes he can get this thing rolling. Anybody who knows much about Phillip in real life, would know that he’s a shrewd dude. He’s very good at gathering necessary support in order to help his cause. Several of your heavy hitters are on his side. Only way Jeremy isn’t back is if something major comes out of this investigation.

I remember plenty of people stating this, but I have no idea how other teams were actually effected by COVID. I do know FOR A FACT that an Arkansas team with a first year, first time head coach took us to the wood shed this year. So yeah, I have questions as to how other teams dealt with COVID compared to how we dealt with COVID.

my season sucked balls and now I might lose my lease! Lol


I gave up the fight today and figured maybe a apology will reverse the course before next season!

Aggie, Gators, and Barn all had to shutdown football ops during the season or during fall camp. Some of them for a week at a time and multiple times.

Guys, can we PLEASE stop with the “Who is this?” Google it if you don’t know. The same people that constantly say being a Vol is family, say “PWO, doesn’t matter, bye.” This kid came from a ways away TO BE A VOL. Show some freaking respect. Nobody knows his situation. He could very well have given his all for Tennessee every day last year.
