Wouldn’t be the first time he stabbed a HC in the back. Or the first time he snitched to the NCAA. Omg I want it to be true just for the ESPN 30/30. “How a HOF coach snuck his way into becoming AD and then somehow became HC again”
Especially if he gets the job and doesn't win. Imagine how ugly it would be after 4-8 under him

If there are major violations none of those guys you mention would come here.
Why not? Talk about a free pass for a few years until the violations are over and if you happen to turn around the program during that time, you wrote your check for an extension.

I agree but IMO it’s going to be long list if Pruitt is gone. The biggest one will be henry

He’s a big piece of the defense for sure but he should always have that voice that says if Pruitt gets his guy he’ll put me on the bench. Look what they’re trying to do to Bailey and he’s got the most experience given Maurer walks away

Gus always got his hands on the offense.

Malzahn's genius ran out and his book on offense never came with a second volume. He struggled weighing his roots as a playcaller with the need to oversee an entire program. And as he flip-flopped his position calling plays, opposing coaches studied what he did and evolved, while Malzahn stubbornly remained the same.

Also this is my problem with Gus:

There were a number of reasons Gus Malzahn was fired by Auburn on Sunday after eight up-and-down seasons, but none was as ironic or as frustrating as the regression of the offense. The struggle there represented the crumbling of the foundation of the program and the core of Malzahn as a coach.

Why did Auburn pay Gus Malzahn $21.7 million to walk away? Offensive woes top list
All of this

Wow..there are a lot of major idiots on here.

can confirm the infractions have now turned from being focused solely on some assistant coaches and improper benefits to the being focused on that and the role the head coach played in that as well as other violations the head coach may have been involved in. the wheels are indeed turning and the tone of the investigation has completely changed as well.
