I know...I just having a real hard time seeing anything ever change anymore. Twelve years ago I whole heartedly believed there was no way we could be held down for very long...now I am pretty much believe like LWS...I may never see a good Vol football program again.Never is a long time.
I want Pruitt gone by almost whatever means necessary. This is the perfect time for us to fire a coach. 7-8 win floor next year for a competent coach and the shine of a new coach normally helps with recruiting, which is really needed with the in state 22 class. Obviously whatever academic hurdles are in place need to be removed for the next guy. Sorry if this line of thinking is too complex for you. Will you be happy when it continues to plague and hinder the next guy and the next guy and the next guy? It is a problem, and it needs to go away if we want to compete at the highest level...
It is like a lot of you guys don't even think of the consequences of this crap...you would really cut off your nose to spite your face...it is insanity.

The people in charge honestly do not give a crap about winning...if they cared, they would do what A&M and Bama did and make an offer that could not be refused.
It isn't too complex, it is too f'n stupid and shortsighted for me to comprehend intellegent people actually believing it is a good way to do things. I think we should just fire the guy and move on, this wussified backstabbing bulls*** pisses me off.I want Pruitt gone by almost whatever means necessary. Phil trying to draw things out so we cant hire a new coach, so he has to step in? Damn he really hasn't changed.Just an ominous feeling I have. From all the rumors of him meddling. Seems like he wants another shot. He’s already player usurper once in his career (maybe twice with the AD gif), wouldn’t be shocked if it happened again.
