This was the entire 2016 Draft QB draft class. You’re wrongTop 3 is a subjective judgment. He trailed behind those guys in some stats, was better than them in some other ones. I just think that the stats combined with having watched all those guys played would put him outside the top 3.
And yes, Dobbs got better the longer he stayed here but didn't develop like he could have. Do you think Dobbs reached his potential at UT?
