Tell ya. Maryville, while yuppie Bible hipster central, has Blackberry Farms & another couple small indy breweries. Good times, no lines, and friendly people.

Asheville, people are good but clickish. Well, Maryville is bad too. NM. lol, the beer is good.

My wife is trying to get a job at Blackberry, classmate and friend of hers works there already. If she gets the job we’ll probably move out there.

Plus great coffee, chocolate and restaurants. We’re gonna try to do yearly weekend trips out there. Biscuit Head was really good, we got there just before the lines got bad.

Ole miss was in a similar mess when he left..... we need to become a well run administration sort of like the steelers are ran...... they have had 3 coaches since the early 70’s
/ late 60’s....all three of this coaches have won Super Bowls as well..... we are ran more like the lions or the football team in Washington..... throwing darts against the wall every few years hoping it will be better....I’m not saying not to bring in Reese but it needs to be seriously vetted to make sure it will work.

My wife had some tests come back. Should be good, but concerning at her age.

Work has an office there. Its an easy transition but, real estate is insane. Not uncommon to find people waiting a year to find the place they want.

Income is $10,000.00 higher per HH and COL is about 1-1.5 X's higher than Tri. Asheville was double.

Real estate is insane almost everywhere in Tennessee. The Nashville boom has caused the Murfreesboro market to skyrocket.
