If we keep Pruitt and Chaney, then Chaney needs to have heavy input on whoever is hired to coach OL. They have to be on same page

Absolutely!! Chaney’s offense is dependent on having a great offensive line. Not a lot of short to intermediate throws. Lots of slow developing plays.

I’m very fearful the 4 corners stall is looking like what they are doing right now, really hope I’m wrong..

From what I can gather:
1. Fulmer and Fulmer supporters want to give Pruitt another year (at least);
2. Some amount of disgruntled boosters want to make a change (and maybe change ADs, if needed); and
3. Boyd/Plowman are waiting on the investigation to finish before making a call, thus putting everything in limbo.

Could be wrong, but this seems the most likely to me considering the info we’re getting.

I am old.
I remember our last great school President when I was in school, Andy Holt.
He knew that our football coach was the front porch, the biggest representative, of our school.
Pat Summitt knew this too.
both are rolling over in their graves right now that an incompetent, illiterate person is in that position.
I know tons of Vol fans (grads and non grads) that could never agree on politics, religion, movies, music, food choices or anything else.
but they ALL agree that Pruitt must go and must go now!

For context:

QBs:
JG (4*)
Kasim Hill (4*) - Rhode Island
Shrout (3*) - Colorado

Receiver/TE:
Jordan Allen (4*)
Jackson Lowe (4*)
Brandon Johnson (3*)
Austin Pope (3*)
Isaiah Montgomery (NR)

OL:
Jarious Abercrombie (NR) - Illinois St

DL:
Savion Williams (4*) - FIU
Ethan Rinke (3*) - USA

LB:
Kivon Bennett (3*)
Nyles Gaddy (NR) - Jackson St

DB:
Baylen Buchanan (3*)

I’m curious out of these guys how many y’all would like to keep? And when dudes are transferring to JSU, USA, FIU, etc it’s a good sign that they weren’t gonna make it here anyway.

The question isn't how many will leave, but how many do we really want to stay? And how can we help some of them right out the door?

Either way, Pruitt has failed.

Return all/most of staff? Well that’s the **** staff that won 3 games last year.

Replace everyone but 3 coaches? Pruitt has hired extremely poorly and there is no trust that he’ll hire good assistants. Especially in the hottest of a hot seat year.

It’s just as expensive to hire 7 new assistants and the outcome isn’t going to be good. Why not just restart with somebody who isn’t a giant loser?

This isn’t even a difficulty decision. It’s easy as ****

They have with the Liberty Bowl statement. I wouldn’t expect another statement with, “We really, really mean it this time.” If Fulmer was out of line, I think you’d see at least some noise about that. I bet the higher ups are running the four corners offense and hoping some of the angst from the season subsides as time passes - maybe then they will have some words of affirmation. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t hear another word about it, except for the Hubbs of the world confirming it. JMO, but I hate it.
I said this a couple of days ago. No vote of confidence. He just stays and they pretend there was never any doubt about it.

All of them. Experience, continuity, better practice competition, team buy in. 1/3 of every recruiting class isn’t gonna be productive on saturdays... doesn’t mean they don’t help the cause.
