I thought they passed a 'one time' transfer rule.

They decided to shelve it until first quarter 2021. It's expected to pass in the next couple of months.

They will vote in January. The same one from last Spring, but they kicked the can.

They did do a blanket waiver a few weeks ago for current transfers at the time already transferred. Similar to what the SEC did.

He’s not, thankfully. I’ve watched the RF sink into almost the FF for about a month. Covid sidelined me for about a month and I’ve done mostly reading. You are one of the level headed posters here and enjoy your posts. I get the frustration and angst here and at a loss where our program goes here on out.
