You missed the part where I mentioned I consulted with a dr and it was recommended by a dr. There’s plenty of research and better written articles out the there.
Nah, I read that part just fine. Was just joking that I’ve wormed my horses for years with it.

Eh, I think that’s a tad dramatic.

Auburn had problems because they were asking coaches to keep certain staff members on board and were lowballing candidates financially.

And they still ended up with a pretty good hire.

In my opinion, our search begins with Gus and ends with Napier. But even if he turns us down, Chadwell is there and ready.

The AD said that wasn't the case, and I'm inclined to believe him.

Kevin Steele is pretty much guaranteed the job after Gus gets fired, then they decide to go a different direction mid search.

And we are supposed to believe Kevin Steele was going to hang around to be an addition on someone's staff? He wasn't going to stick around for anyone after that, so the entire idea they were telling HC's they had to keep him never made any sense.

Anyway, if we are gonna can Pruitt and get Gus, I'd be cool with just keeping Pruitt and not watching the games. Same caliber of incompetence on a different side of the ball.

I don't think they will ever come out and give Pruitt a show of support. I think they'll just keep him and pretend like it was never up for debate.
Maybe not. But if they go this route in my opinion they will hurt recruiting the rest of the 2021 class and make it difficult to recruit quality assistants. Sooner or later they need to look at what successful people are doing and learn from them. Stubbornness and ego are deadly.

I agree. This isn't working.

I have to believe we’re already talking to or have talked to Malzahn. Either he’s interested or he isn’t.

If he is, get a deal done quickly.

If he isn’t, pick your second candidate: Napier, Chadwell, etc., and hopefully get a deal done with that candidate quickly.

Not football, but to assert my manliness, I cleaned 6" of snow of my desk and loaded 10+ pounds of cured pork belly into to the smoker. Gonna try 150 for 2 hours, then raise to 180, in the hope that the cold weather will allow me 4 hours of smoke to get the belly 150 internal. Then bacon. Lots of bacon.

Address for the meat?

I agree with your first paragraph 100%.

Your second paragraph, and my original point, is do you have any faith UT hires any of those coaches you listed?

Look at Auburn, they were turned down by many and still made a decent hire.

UT, if they fire Pruitt, will end up hiring Vanderbilt's OC or something along those lines.

Sad but true.
Proof. Who did they offer that turned them down?
Why do so many read the headlines by reporters that don’t know much more than them, and assume every name thrown out there that doesn’t get hired “turned them down “.
Every inquiry and interview is not an offer

Gus ****** sucks, his PoS offense sucks...I will be miserable if they hire him. I have zero confidence in him to do much better than Pruitt here, especially without Steele.

You’re opinion is absolutely garbage, his offense has averaged over 30 ppg in his 8 years at Auburn.

He’s never had a losing season either.
