Is the NCAA going to bring down the hammer
More stuff coming per trey Wallace
We self-reported. Compliance immediately opened an internal investigation. We brought in legal and have been very thorough. We've been proactive, are cooperating and will self-impose. Others schools have done far less for worse.
This has been going on for a while, even though it just went public today.
Nieds is the main focus of the investigation. Pretty damning and blatant things that will come out in the next few days. Didn't come out and say it explicitly, but other schools in the conference reported us to the NCAA. Compliance was interviewing players yesterday, and seizing things out of coaches offices. Gray and Maurer's absences were related to the investigation. Ansley and Jay were out for Covid. Said what he heard without giving up his sources were very damning. He said the allegations were very blatant and damning, really dumb for us to think we could get away with it.Give us highlights

Agreed. I think most of it is about the extension and getting out of it.Juicy af. That said, I think this is all about leverage tho. I don't think we're in any real trouble although individual coaches might be. And even if we are in trouble it will be institutionally light enough that it will have little impact on who we hire. We did this investigation to find a way to get out of a contract not to get ourselves in too deep.

I said I've seen it happen but I've never seen a head coach telling them to go down during the game. When a player goes down and stays down during a play the officials have to stop the clock because the guy may be injured. When the guy is walking off the field, after the play, and the coach tells him to go down, that's just not a good look. I think Kiffin is a punk, even if he's hired here, but that's just me.Did you not see the magical arrows to the knee that we took this year? Arkansas had a sniper in the stands.
remember 2015 season ending, going into 2016 Top #10. Was supposed to sign Lawrence and Higgins the next year and had one of the best in state classes you’ll ever see. Future looked like it headed in the right direction. We were so close yet so farWow....just wow...make it stop @Atlanta VOLView attachment 331981
