So it is 8 mil of money that was directed to Butch by UT for his buyout.... Kind of like when I had to borrow money from my parents to pay off a debt in College.... just like the collective we will have to cover 12 mil to Pruitt (by himself) if we pull the trigger this year.

The biggest thing I dont understand about keeping Pruitt is letting him turnover his staff again. Imo if he's allowed to Fulmer is committing 2 more years to him because if not the buyout money would be insane. Imo Pruitt needs to be told to keep what he's got. And then if next year is good enough for him to stay then you let him make assistant changes.
