It is incompetence. He should be fired for that alone. I have no idea how he was able to keep half the players from opting out or hitting the old transfer port. Work hard every day and execute just to watch games get thrown away on a player who just couldn't get it done on the field and absolutely should have never seen the field again after Kentucky first half.

Let's be honest, that Velus' catch and run really makes Bailey's stats look superior to Shrout. I'm not saying HB shouldn't be the guy, but we have to acknowledge that.
