Fleck is not at the top of my list, but if they announced after the Vandy game that he was replacing Pruitt, I’d be pretty happy.

I can understand the concern about comparing him to Jones. However, Fleck played -in college and in the NFL- so he probably actually knows the game.

You’re confused by assuming this guy would beat our rivals in the SEC, not the little 10. Great, he beat Malzan...so did Pruitt. Last I checked, Malzan doesn’t coach Al, FL, or GA.

Also I want Pruitt replaced, just with someone who can hang with our rivals.

You’re confused thinking he’s at some elite program that should be capable of sustaining success. Programs have a ceiling, Minnesota is a hockey school lol. There’s a reason why their win total last year (11) was the highest in 100 years and even after losing so many players from literally the best season in program history..... they are .500 after 6 games and once again today... beat a far better program than themselves. Oh yes he also did this at western Michigan too.

Imagine what he could do with the biggest operating budget in football and the power of the UT brand.

It’s amazing how much stock some out in a single motto/saying and ignore literally like 20 other things that make him a 10x better hire than kiffin, Dooley, butch, and gump combined.
