Swan,
what's your take on CJP's potential? Does he have what it takes to eventually be able to hang with the big boys in terms of on-field coaching, staff development/continuity, recruiting, getting competent QB play, player development, etc.? Can he make it as a head coach in this tough, competitive conference or is he destined to be a career DC or possibly a head coach at a smaller school?
I know it ultimately gets down to W's and L's, but to me, he seems overly emotional at times and hard headed, example being sticking with JG for 3 years and expecting different results.

“Swan” said:I think there has been growing pains ...... but yes, assuming we win today, I think Jeremy can EVENTUALLY turn it around ........ when interviewed, Pruitt told them it was a 4-5 year turnaround...... fulmer won a lot of games around here and also thinks Jeremy can do it..... however, that boat appears to be taking on some water as well, as some boosters have seen enough.
nobody can win WO a Qb —— fact ..... my biggest concern is the defense appears worse.
