If Bailey doesn't start today he should be pretty pissed. He executed the vanilla gameplan pretty well his first start. Let him go out there and open it up some today and play to his strengths which is pushing the ball downfield. He only had three downfield throws last week, which he missed on two and no WR effort on the other, but he didn't miss those in high school, that is one of his strengths. Hitting those deep balls is something he did a few hundred times.
The coaches have botched the QB situation so much this year. Benching him after he played pretty well in his first start because of a couple of garbage time tds won't help anything. If you want to play both QBs rotate them every few series like Spurrier used to do a lot. We should have handled this like Clemson did with Watson and Lawrence. They would play a few series each game for the first few weeks till they were ready, even early in the game, not garbage time down by 30 with 4 minutes left.
