I do think that firing and the way it happened certainly created some tension among players and for sure among the staff. During the games JP is such a hot head when it comes to taking mistakes out on the coaches. Hell in all honesty this wasn’t the first time he had fired a coach in the middle of the game. He fired another coach last season during a game but ultimately came to his senses and recsinded it and let the coach back in the game...tells you what you need to know about how hot he can get.
That just says he doesn’t have the temperament to be a head coach and it makes more sense as to why he couldn’t stick at places before despite winning titles.....and why coaches have left because they weren’t happy here.I do think that firing and the way it happened certainly created some tension among players and for sure among the staff. I once worked for a boss who did all his own vetting. Always messed up new hires. He said he could just tell when he talked to them if they were the right fit. Always ended up with hires that would have been easily disqualified with basic background checks. If former players (Aaron Murray) are willing to talk like that about their coach (Pruitt) before he was hired, who the hell did we talk to when we Vetted this guy?!?!??

I appreciate your perspective as it helps us "average fans" get a basic understanding to what is going on as we spend our hard earned dollars supporting this program. For me, no more supporting until I seen proven improvement. I will be a living room fan, when I find time to watch.I do think that firing and the way it happened certainly created some tension among players and for sure among the staff.
