Yes if the coach continues to talk.


A coach has to immediately stop the contact. Basically say we can’t talk. I’ve know ncaa compliance to check the length of phone calls to decide if done correctly

It's no secret Shrout had been looking for a way out and so is Maurer. They're playing those guys in hopes that both of them don't leave and we're stuck with HB and Salter.

Yea I think that’s where the tampering is going to happen. Thru handlers and hs coaches and really nothing the ncaa can do

He's got a buyout too. Not sure how much. Question will be when Vandy game is cancelled later this week, and if Pruitt was to lose by 25-30pts to A&M, can Fulmer still make an arguement to keep Pruitt? I doubt he will walk the plank with Pruitt.

I really cannot see how Fulmer could be this tied to Pruitt. If that’s how this is viewed with the administration and booster community, UT is doomed because it’s not in any way reasonable.

Vandy is down to 45 scholarship players this weekend and hasn’t won a game all season. If UT loses this game Pruitt better be fired before the sun rises Sunday morning.

AV, you can just say Haslams in place of big time boosters. We are all aware of the dislike between them and Fulmer. I’m sure they are the ones feeding the Freeze frenzy, trying to push Pruitt and Fulmer out the door. I still don’t understand why Fulmer doesn’t get a re-do. He was up against the 8 ball when he took over with a horribly botched search by Currie. He didn’t have any real candidates when he had the position to make the hire. This is all absurd. It’s what is wrong with our program and university. Sad and despicable!

Shrout will stay and the fight is to keep Maurer. If not, transfer portal QB. JG is gone.
