Trump isn’t playing for a legal challenge. This whole “we’re going to the Supreme Court faster this way” thing is mind boggling and stupid. The Supreme Court hears cases in which the facts are established by a judge/jury or agreed upon by the parties. They don’t hear witnesses. They don’t try cases and determine facts. They announce what law will apply to the given facts. Trump campaign hasn’t established any facts that would create an issue of law. He’ll be lucky to granted certiorari on any of these cases at this point unless SCOTUS takes it to bitch slap the case like this PA judge did in the hopes that Amy Coney Barrett and Kavanaugh’s signature on something like that might bring a few million people to their senses.

Given what has happened with the cases they’ve filed already, I’m just dumbfounded that anybody is still talking about this like it’s a real thing. It’s not.

It’s a con, unless he’s actually doing the Flynn defense and trying to do enough rabble rousing that Republican legislatures try to appoint their own electors and overthrow the whole government. I’m skeptical that he can get enough of them on board with that.

Obviously pure personal opinion but based on a documented fact.

I moved comfortable with the word "con" when the cut of donations going to the actual fight (only 25% now) fell thru the floor.
I mean when emails include phrases about how BADLY the money is needed for 'the cause' but only bother committing a tiny portion.

Plus, he walks away with control over the party. When it comes to an end, he'll have 10X the money and power, and the ability to self pardon any misuse of funds.
Hard to say "they lost" no matter the outcome.

You know those kids are like "Daddy, this politics thing is freaking awesome!"😅

Doing another Georgia recount at taxpayer expense right now. (the third) His Qanon attorney is really going to "release the Kraken" now. Claims Kemp (whose head has been Trump's butt for years) is crooked-- so much for loyalty.

Trumpers in GA are threatening to sit out the senate election in protest over the "Rinos" in GA who refuse to play along in trying to steal the presidential election.

Yeah, kinda feels like we're in the latter stages of the Trump death rattle as the reality slowly sets in. Just a week ago
somebody on here was saying Biden was the "underdog" on the "outside looking in".

This was back when Sidney Powell was a right-wing hero and now she's just another wingnut, conspiracy theorist(although there's typically a huge overlap in the Venn diagram on those two things).

I was hoping for another Rudy press conference as the last two have produced the "Four Seasons" and the dye drip.

A fitting ending to this show would be for Trump to fire all his lawyers (via tweet), drive over to the Supreme Court (armed with a framed 2016 election map) and demand that they declare him the winner.

Doing a deep dive into the congressional elections and it just keeps getting worse for the Dems
GOP 195-0 in re-election races
GOP 27-27 in toss ups
Now I've discovered that the 3 races the Dems did flip were ones that were redrawn to heavily favor them...so its turns out they were destroyed and will be fortunate to keep their majority to the next election...I'm thinking we see some party changing...remember blue states are losing 6-8 electoral votes and districts 20201122_093247.jpg

Well if history repeats itself, Rudy will end up like most contractors who agreed to work with Trump. Unpaid and having to sue him to get pennies on the dollar.
