If they make the affidavits and other evidence anonymous that should make dems everywhere happy. Then the discussion would be that allegations aren't evidence. Something like you can claim that a ballot is defective, but that doesn't mean you have the evidence to prove it's defective. Which is "no shiff, Sherlock" the state owns the ballots, and unless there is a court order allowing inspection ...

I love all of these comparisons with 2016. Hillary Clinton conceded defeat the day after the election in 2016, and gave a very gracious concession speech in the process, while facing the same margin of defeat in the electoral college that Donald Trump is right now.

"Last night, I congratulated Donald Trump and offered to work with him on behalf of our country. I hope that he will be a successful president for all Americans."

and....

"We have seen that our nation is more deeply divided than we thought. But I still believe in America and I always will. And if you do, then we must accept this result and then look to the future. Donald Trump is going to be our president. We owe him an open mind and the chance to lead."

Idk that it has surpassed 2016. There was a lot to that and it went into January.

It’s definitely on par and they’ve already had their “thousands crying in the streets” moment. Matching hats and all.

Biden isn’t the type of personality to inspire as much hatred as Trump, so in that way it might be worse. The cessation threads are ****ing hilarious, though.

She is well known to say one thing and do another but I guess that's your preference, to have someone smile in your face while all the while trying to take your place.

President Obama invited "President-elect Trump" to the White House just two days after the election, and they held a joint press briefing where Obama congratulated Trump on his victory and pledged to assist with his transition to the presidency. It all moved very quickly. There was never a time when the Obama administration was blocking transition efforts.

Donald Trump lost the state of Michigan by more than 150,000 votes. Yet, he is still trying to subvert democracy, and win the state through "faithless electors", while going as far as to invite Republican members of the Michigan state legislature to the White House today. That is outrageous.

That is exactly how she behaved. She did not resist anything. She conceded defeat the day after the election and she was very gracious in the process. Those quotes which I attributed to her, are accurate.

She had nothing to do with the investigation into collusion between the 2016 Trump Presidential campaign and Russian agents.

She did advise Joe Biden to not concede defeat on election night, regardless of what the election returns showed... and some Republican members of Congress were very critical of her for giving that advice - including Rep. Kevin McCarthy, who is now defending Trump for doing that very same thing.
