Gotcha. While I’m laid up recovering from surgery, I have started the process of applying for jobs back east across the mighty Mississipp. No telling where we will land. Working in Academia has its pros and its cons.

Probably not in Knoxville off cedar bluff where I currently live 😂😂😂.

I’m actually fine at the apartment. I pay pretty cheap for a solid place and I like not having to worry about some of the stuff being a homeowner brings. Plus I’m trying to get back to Maryville/Friendsville area near my parents and haven’t found anything I like yet.

Not to be morbid or selfish either but both my grandmothers have their own places close to my parents and my dad wants to keep the property, so that is also an opportunity for me.

We have about 3 acres with 3 houses on it and he is adamant about making sure he’s people he wants on it.

I say this and one of the constructions workers just fell right in front of my back door...thank God he is okay. That was scary as hell.
