Does said person only have the hook up to a specific area code(s) or are they nationwide? (For the record anyone who had either Ludacris or ZZ Top pop into their heads reading that question can be my friend).I know a guy who can get you into a quiet, peaceful, detached single family home. Hold on let me get his number...
If you land in Tennessee, Mississippi or Arkansas I can definitely help you out.Gotcha. While I’m laid up recovering from surgery, I have started the process of applying for jobs back east across the mighty Mississipp. No telling where we will land. Working in Academia has its pros and its cons.
@zjcvols unless I’m way off base on where you live, I bet you could get a home with $0 down too for being in a “rural area”
That’s what I was thinking on the $0 down. USDA loan.Probably not in Knoxville off cedar bluff where I currently live.
I’m actually fine at the apartment. I pay pretty cheap for a solid place and I like not having to worry about some of the stuff being a homeowner brings. Plus I’m trying to get back to Maryville/Friendsville area near my parents and haven’t found anything I like yet.

Nice. On the property and houses. Not the grandmothers. Not to be morbid or selfish either but both my grandmothers have their own places close to my parents and my dad wants to keep the property, so that is also an opportunity for me.
We have about 3 acres with 3 houses on it and he is adamant about making sure he’s people he wants on it.
I noticed they started offering this locally again. Was a little surprised. They took a bath on it during the last recession.@zjcvols unless I’m way off base on where you live, I bet you could get a home with $0 down too for being in a “rural area”
