They really did just tick the boogey man boxes. Venezuela, China, Soros, The Clinton Foundation. Typical Right Wing finger pointing. Surprising they didn’t throw AOC in there for good measure.

At this point they are just trying to win a large segment of public opinion cause they can’t win in court and they know it.

So, playing Devil's advocate for just a moment. Tucker Carlson is asking for specifics of her case before she has had a chance to present it to a court room.

This is the same Tucker Carlson that has had a package stolen in transit between NYC and LA with regards to the Biden stuff. I'm sure (or I'm hoping) Powell has info and will present it when the time is right. But if there is anything that she thinks needs to be held back, would she present it to Tucker Carlson (no offense to him) when she knows hat he has been breached and likely has a mole somewhere amongst his group? Or is being observed by some external agency?

Sooner or later this has got to end.

As far as I am concerned, this is over and has been over for at least two weeks, and I would be very surprised, shocked even, if the outcome should change for any of the reasons given by Giuliani and company.

But the show must go on. . .

I'm wondering how it will.

Normal disputed elections involve recounts with maybe some judicial supervision on how they're to be done. But sooner or later you reach a concrete endpoint for the counting and/or lawsuits and a winner is declared.

Trump and company are trying to bring in a bunch of stuff will not be resolved by the above system. And they could carry on with it for weeks unless or until the GOP leadership on the Hill says, "Enough."

Will they?

Trump's goal here is obvious: Delay individual state's certification of election results until after their respective deadlines and/or safe harbor dates.

Take Pennsylvania: It is required by law to certify the winner there by Monday. If Trump successfully gums up the system such that it cannot - or will not - then theoretically, the Pennsylvania legislature can determine the slate of Electors for the EC - and it's dominated by Republicans.

It's ham-handed and, obviously, would literally mark the end of "free elections" to choose our President, but it could work. I don't believe it'll work, but it could. And if it does, there's gonna be a sh*tstorm of epic proportions there, as it would mean that a state legislative body effectively nullifies all the votes of its citizens.

I suspect you'd see the homes of said Republican leaders in PA burned to the ground.
