Gotcha. I’m glad we agree! Clarksvol said beer. That works. It’s more the principle than the amount. A lot of time and money was wasted with those hearings though and I’m sure Kavanaugh doesn’t appreciate his reputation being attacked on national TV like that. I guess he gets the beer.

I’m all for loser pays that you threw out though. To me, any kind of legal action should be that way. If you sue me and your suit fails then you should have to pay my attorney fees.
