2020 Presidential Race

If can hack the entire database, what's to prevent them from dumping the entire thing. Any random ID number could give you someone's guaranteed-to-match name, SSN and DOB, no?

So you don’t do any online banking, shopping, paying bills, etc?

I think the press conference gives us proof of only one thing. Rudy is obviously a super robot from the future. It can't be disputed because he was leaking hydraulic fluid from the sides of his head. The only question is whether he's an evil robot like Arnold in Terminator or a good robot like Arnold in T2.

I rarely laugh, but 👍that did it

Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa...

There's another Terminator option: Kristanna Loken. If Rudy looked like here, I'd listen all day long.

I'll add that he gave a reason, that the witnesses would be threatened. Also, said they would eventually file in court.

That's just what I think I recall. I wouldn't sign an affidavit.
He named one affiant and read from her sworn statement at the same time he gave that reason, IIRC. He also mentioned that many of the sworn statements were attached to law suits(?) and could be read by anyone who accessed those documents, IIRC. I didn't watch too much of it, only during lunch break. He's a Sweaty Betty and needs some hair dye that won't run down his face. He also needs to retire to a beach in Florida and get off the stage.

It's all a bit much for me.

Oh my.

Rudy literally melted under the pressure today.

I'm beginning to think he's actually a plant by the late-night shows to give them an endless punch line supply.

There are some real morons among the gun grabbers. This is going to be real tough to overcome. Much like the abortion law, established SCOTUS rulings just don’t go away.

March 30, 1939, the Supreme Court heard the case. Attorneys for the United States argued four points:

  1. The NFA is intended as a revenue-collecting measure and so is within the authority of the Department of the Treasury.
  2. The defendants transported the shotgun from Oklahoma to Arkansas and so used it in interstate commerce.
  3. The Second Amendment protects only the ownership of military-type weapons appropriate for use in an organized militia.
  4. The "double barrel 12-gauge Stevensshotgun having a barrel less than 18 inches in length, bearing identification number 76230," was never used in any militia organization

There are a number of SCOTUS rulings that contradict the Constitution. How legal types form an opinion is nothing like the common sense found outside the courts. Courts like to take earlier rulings and tweak one or more to make something new - never mind that some of the earlier rulings could probably be overturned as unconstitutional - they're on the books - all that matters in the courtroom. Apparently with the right SC makeup, you never need the hassle of amending the Constitution - you just "understand" it differently.

In either case there needs to be serious reform before the next elections. This appearance of banana republic stuff has to stop
Really, the DNC needs to give up their protests about showing valid IDs at the polls and the RNC needs to give up protests about felons (or ex-felons that have served their sentence) being on voter rolls.

These seem like reasonable ways of cutting the baby in half.

The verdict is in: EVIL
