How many times do these people getting caught not following the rules to start questioning our leaders..... Biden gives a speech on importance of masks..... goes outside..... takes it off talking to a group of 20+ while not maintaining social distancing

Why isn't it sufficient for me to social distance, not talk, sneeze or cough into my shirt (collar above my nose), and wash my hands frequently when I am asymptomatic?

Aren't these combined actions in fact better than a mask?
