No. Her sister-in-law tested positive then her brother and niece did. My wife stated showing symptoms so she got tested. My kids and I aren’t showing symptoms so we aren’t getting tested, at least not yet. Something tells me the kids will have to before they can return to school.
Locking down would destroy the economy. It is alive now because of those that refused to lockdown.
He’s FOS...
“We could pay for a package right now to cover all of the wages, lost wages for individual workers for losses to small companies to medium-sized companies or city, state, county governments. We could do all of that,” he said. “If we did that, then we could lockdown for four-to-six weeks.”
I would imagine the antibiotic is to prevent a secondary opportunistic infection in the lungs.@kiddiedoc or @NurseGoodVol
I’ve been prescribed a z-pack and dexamethasone. I understand the need for a corticosteroid, but why an antibiotic?
Also, it was recommended that I also take quercetin and famotidine (generic Pepcid) in addition to vitamins C, D, and zinc. Any thoughts on the quercetin and famotidine?
If this is the type about to assume power in January, then God help us all. He’s FOS...

The z-pack was because walk in clinic. Around here, no matter the ailment, everyone that goes to walk in clinics gets a steroid (usually a shot -- more revenue) and azithromycin.I would imagine the antibiotic is to prevent a secondary opportunistic infection in the lungs.
Studies show with illness there is an uptic in production of stomach acid, so it's reduced with famotadine to prevent ulcers.
Quetcetin I'm not familiar with. It has many uses. I'm not sure, maybe @kiddiedoc has experience with it.
Unless I work with an exceptional DO I usually don't see any naturopathic medicines used.
I'm glad your doctor is trying to boost your immune system though with vitamins.
How are you doing?

I knew azith was preferred in hospitals but it's the longer treatment, the Z-pack threw me. They are typically 5 days. The z-pack was because walk in clinic. Around here, no matter the ailment, everyone that goes to walk in clinics gets a steroid (usually a shot -- more revenue) and azithromycin.
Sounds like my college health service. Tylenol 3 and B12 was their prescription for everything from mono to a broken bone. The z-pack was because walk in clinic.
