He won’t face Saban every year again.
I’ll give him credit though when he’s locked in he kills saban

If TEXAS couldn’t buy him?

It’s hilarious how funny people think money will solve the issue.

It’s not like Alabama can’t match anything we throw for Saban.

There’s too much money for all P5 coaches now. They rarely move.

Tenn is not firing Pruitt. But if it were possible to fire him, I’d rush to hire Bob Stoops. I personally have a hard time pulling for Meyer. Stoops has been retired for more than 3 years, he is only 60 years old, knows the SEC and knows what it takes to compete nationally. Does a lot with talent below Ala and Ga level. Has adapted to offenses of the game today and was a defense co-ordinator. Does not win with gimmicks. Has coached heisman winners. Whole family loves football. My best hope if done in the next year.

I guess there must be a need to increase the population at the Knoxville jail. Cause that’s what will happen if you hire Urban. You guys want to see if we can break the Fulmer Cup record in 2004-2005? 21 arrests in 17 months. Guarantee that a Meyer coached team could do it.

Now I’d break the bank to hire Bob Stoops.

Urban Meyer had a hand in pushing Fulmer out the door when he was at FL.

No way Fulmer would hire him.
Urban didn't have anything to do with him being fired except maybe beating the living hell out of him a couple of times....I would love Urban to come to UT but I just don't see UT putting out that kind of money...They prefer to play it cheap and hope for the best all while ranking in the money until that coach starts losing and the process begins all over again...We are a laughing stock of college football.

Urban bailed when he saw the cash Bama was spending on recruits.. It's all about the Jimmy's and Joe's. Urban can't play dirty poker here, He isn't interested. No one else is either unless you spend big money. Tennessee doesn't show that type of commitment to winning.. That's why they get run off the field by everyone right now.

Geeeezzz people, guy said it's a top 10 job. Not he wanted a top 10 job.
No way he shows us a glimpse when the job comes open.

I will auction off my framed Vol Walk pic from 1999 and find something else to do with my saturdays with Meyer comes to TN. I can't stomach that.

The dude quit 2 better jobs. I don’t think there’s enough $ or prestige here for him.

He’s trolling us alittle saying it’s a top 10 job.

Tennessee would have a good chance to get Urban if they pursued him. If he came here he would have the opportunity to take three different teams to the Championship game and win. A coaches ego is a good thing to use when trying to lure him here and the chance to take Saban down again might be enough to lure him here. You can't get to the moon unless you shoot for the moon.

You said it with the except maybe part.

Fulmer couldn't remotely compete with Meyer in those games.

He is waiting on USC. I can’t stand him but part of the reason he has retired multiple times is because winning consumes him.
