Even if 75% is used for all ATL counties(Gwinnett is 58% Biden and Forsyth is 66% Trump) it's not enough. He would need to hit above 53% to even have a chance in the remainder. It's a very tough but not impossible hill.

You are thinking too linearly - that the trend is what continues rather than "hey, district ## with 98% Biden votes just got their report in."
