I don't understand why they would count votes postmarked after election day, what's the ruling on that?

You think maybe they should timestamp the ballots when drop boxes are harvested - with an independent observer to check the process? That makes it more legitimate than "Oh, wow, we completely missed those three drop boxes" - the ones full of Biden votes.
