Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Mid South Wrestling - Lance Russell and Dave Brown.

The history of those old jarrett-welch-gulas areas and splits is a great one--evansville, louisville, and memphis. Lawler might've been heeling in 78 against Idol on that card. Didn't realize Valiant faced that early but must have, I guess. Farris aka HTM was always an underrated worker.

The age when exploitative capitalists such as J.P. Morgan and Norman Rockefeller consolidated all of the wealth while forcing the rest of the country into working for slave wages. Starvation and pandemics were all the rage back then. Ever read the Jungle?
Who is Norman, J.D.'s cousin?

Don’t forget the funding that agencies or groups will receive for studies , testing and projects related to Covid and viruses .. CDC, FDA, the WHO , the Universities, big Pharma . There’s no way this or any “ pandemic “ isn’t a money maker for these people and more .
The big companies are killing it if they weren't shut down.

Of course they can. People of any age can. My mom is 63 and has a severe chronic lung condition. She prefers to live as many years as possible to watch her grandchildren grow up rather than dying of covid, but everyone in her community who doesn’t take any sort of precaution because it’s apparently an inconvenience is making those decisions for her.
Same for any other communicable disease. It's so strange Covid was the hill the medical/political community decided to metaphorically, or .1% literally, die on.

Poor choice of words IMO.

How many severely contagious viruses with that kind of mortality rate do we deal with in 2020 that doesn’t have a) a vaccine or b) an established, proven therapeutic regimen?

And I will add, I am evidently expected to turn my children's country into 3rd world status to protect the people that have spent their lives not taking care of themselves.

No thanks.

Wait we don’t have a proven therapeutic regimen with Covid ?

I don't know how OH defines proven, but I know the treatment for those who are in a fight for their lives has much better outcomes now compared to the first few months.

There is definitely a proven therapeutic regime for each positive Covid case in a hospital, now we get into how each individual handles the virus and the “ cure “ . So we are back to percentage of deaths from or with Covid . 🤷‍♂️

Answer the question, and then you can tell me what that universal regimen for covid is.

I did and it’s a standard here in the US recommend by the CDC for now . I can’t say about universal Elon hasn’t taken control of mars .. yet .

0. Last time I checked its November 2020, and if you catch it early, how often do you hear that in medical terms, there are plenty of Covid treatments that work. Which is why the death rate is so much lower now than previously.

If this was back preJune or July, you would have an argument. Which is why most people played along. Until it became clear we are having bs shoved down our throats.

For the record: due to their nature, viruses are not very amenable to treatment, as they are not living organisms. Think: encapsulated bits of genetic information. Bacteria can be targeted by antibiotics that inhibit protein synthesis, cell wall/membrane production, replication, etc, as they are active processes within the bacterial cell. Viruses more or less hijack our own cells to do the dirty work.

As an example: 24 h of the oldest antibiotic in our arsenal knocks out strep, but despite decades of research, antivirals are only able to shorten the duration of influenza by a day or two.

As far a vaccine goes, we will have to see. There has never been a coronavirus vaccine approved, although research on SARS and MERS was underway. There's also no way to know how effective it will be -- certainly, we would hope it's more along the lines of MMR, varicella, hepatitis, etc than of influenza (which is often under 50% efficacious). Of course, there is the important question of long-term safety, and that will be the biggest hangup for younger people and parents.

You didn't say universal, nincompoop.

You claim to be in the health field and ask for universal miracle cures, which I'm not sure every illness on earth has.
Ok, so what is the widely accepted treatment? If you had an answer you could do more than throw out ad hominem responses.

No answer to the question either. Typical.
