Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

I've had rotator cuff repairs on both shoulders and with a torn labrum on the second. Rehab changed dramatically in between. The older deal was your shoulder was immobile for at least six weeks before PT ... after the first session, I went back to the doc and said remember those pain killers you offered - I want them. The new strategy is to start PT almost immediately; it was a breeze compared to the first round.
I will be starting very passive PT almost immediately to try and retain range of motion I was told.

No, those were 2 white boys, last name was Brown IIRC.

Interesting fact: John Tate (RIP) was about 2 weeks younger than me.
Tate was huge. I met him once and shook hands. The only other person that I ever shook hands with that had similar size hands was Doug Atkins.

I have nothing to give but some crackers & cheese. I ate all the candy I had.
Just now starting to get dark. I'm turning all lights off. I don't want ghost & goblins stopping by tonight.

My neighborhood is pretty dark, lights off. I'm going to give it a little while longer. But I think this year's Halloween is another victim of Covid.

Jackson officials here have known about what this is about this year w/the covid 19 and have given children & their parents plenty of options of having fun things this week in regards to Halloween. So hopefully, they don't bother me & takes me away from VN tonight.

Texas and okie state going to OT....i always pull for whoever is playing Texas...as any Vol fan always should. OKIES had them beat and their 5 turnovers let Texas back in the game.

I didn't have a dog in the fight and even though my brother & his wife went to college in Texas .... I was pulling for the Oklahoma St. Cowboys. They just didn't have enough luck with them this time around. Good game.

Suppose it’s dependent on location. We have about 30 kids in our neighborhood and minus a couple houses they were all out running riot. We had games and stuff for them to do all afternoon and they’ve brought home an unholy amount of candy.

My neighborhood was busy as hell. Kid got her biggest haul of all time. People were super generous.
