Can you just go on the record about being wrong about herd immunity?
I think this just reinforces the idea that China has a vaccine and has had one for a long time. This was simply a test run.Meanwhile in China

First gen never assimilate. The only way a fool like that should get in. Makes you wonder about the family. The impact of the Somalian conflict of the 90's. 1000's of refugees, many who have not assimilated.
I'm just using the basic concept where a sufficient portion of the population is immune to catching a disease such that it's prevalence within the population decreases to the point where there is very little, if any, further spread.I would like you to explain herd immunity in a way that backs up your stance.
Do the herd immunity bros still swing by this thread to argue that places like Sweden have herd immunity?

Sweden has not achieved herd immunity but they also haven't inconvenienced its citizens with mass shutdowns to the point that other European countries have. Look, everyone's going to get hit by this. There's no way around that. So how much pain is a country going to inflict on themselves in addition to the pain of C19?
The school I work at around 90% of virtual students are failing because they just aren't doing the work. I have in class students that are terrified of going virtual because they know they wouldn't be able to figure things out on their own, or wouldn't understand the directions given through an email.Just wait until they release how many students are failing "virtual school".
My mom is a retired teacher but still helps at her old school, her friends said the scariest part of last semester was not that the bad kids didn't do their virtual work, it's that the good kids stopped doing it to. Once they realized there wasn't really any consequence they stopped, and their parents didn't have time to school them and continue to work. The school I work at around 90% of virtual students are failing because they just aren't doing the work. My daughters school is still excepting work from the first quarter even though they have set three "firm" deadlines to have it in. I honestly don't blame the kids for not doing their work. I blame their parents for not parenting. My mom is a retired teacher but still helps at her old school, her friends said the scariest part of last semester was not that the bad kids didn't do their virtual work, it's that the good kids stopped doing it to.
