So this quote kinda goes back to something I've been thinking. I see Pruitt as a guy who is big on seniority. I honestly feel like Pruitt would rather take his lumps with the upper classman in game and build depth that way then put in his freshman to get game experience. I don't know which is right or wrong but ive had that thought a few different times about him.

Of course he was. In that situation, unless you're 100% certain, you let the play continue and confirm the score on replay. There is no way that ref was certain. He was looking back over his shoulder, and stupidly blew the play dead, where a replay would not have reversed the wrong call. Really terrible officiating

I'd take being competitive in every game and losing rather than losing and not being competitive. It shows progress. It shows potential. You're part of that binary group in society who just looks at win or loss and doesn't dive deeper into context.
