Why do we care about past recruits that we didn’t get?

Anyone know the status of Tee Hodge?

I think the VQ podcast suggests Dee will start to play around Arkansas game.

Lenneth likely doesn’t play this year IIRC.

I’d love if we had Hodge tomorrow to go with our other backs just to keep trying to hammer Alabama down.

I thought they both were running with the scout team at practice and getting closer to game ready this year.

Yeah I heard him. I remember back when it was real time and the GQ was asking about the mutual interest and he wasn’t as detailed. “Could have” leaves a lot of waggle room and intrigue never hurt a paid site.

Hodge was the #3 until he got hurt. I expect to see him against Alabama he was getting more reps in practice this week.

I don’t remember the circumstances of the Martinez decommitment but I do remember CJP and others went to California and sat down with his family. There was an article about it - probably could be found in the Martinez thread.

Family didn’t like Pruitts brutal honest approach and the family had fallen in love with what Frost was selling.

Frost had UCF QBs putting up ridiculous numbers and was telling Martinez he’d start as a freshman.

I want to say the Howell thing was Helton didn’t like him but I could be wrong.

Frost recruited Martinez to Nebraska. As soon as he took that job, Martinez was his man.

I hope Maurer is healthy and plays tomorrow, and I hope he balls out. Mostly just to shut people up who keep calling him a "headcase" or comment on his "mental problems". Kid has depression. So effin' what? That doesn't make him less. Some of you need to educate yourselves before passing judgement.

Dude...I have never put him down for that. I understand how difficult it has to be for him to he in a pressure cooker. My stepmom has the same issues, and we have had to deal with it for close to 40 years...so I don't need educated about **** to do with mental illness...that is a low f'n blow.

I too would love to see that.

I’ll be crossing my fingers hoping that Bailey balled out this week in practice and gets the start..... that when he gets to start he makes great decisions and solidifies himself as the starter for the remainder of the year.

Listened to the VQ podcast again and it sounds like other people see the same thing we do. Friend is a weak spot...to add salt to it he makes 800k a year.

I still think JG starts, and HB comes in when it gets out of hand. That way JG is given one more chance to redeem himself, and HB is not to blame for a loss. But from the random times I have read some posts this week, I don't think this is what y'all want...
