We do this every time. He’s taken responsibility plenty of times before. He isn’t going to say he messed up by playing JG because that’s a shot at the player.

f*** it lol what does he have to lose?...he had 4 quarters to pull him at what point did he realized he F**ked up?..after it was over lol he’s so rattled that he’s taking shots at his OC instead of himself as the “head coach”

I'm concerned that, despite our near-elite recruiting the past few years, we still don't appear especially talented on the field. The OL was supposed to be the strength of this team, but it got scrubbed in its biggest test against UGA. Josh Palmer is not a bad player, but he can't be your best WR. JG is far too inconsistent to be trusted. Eric Gray is the closest thing we have to a consistent weapon at the skill positions, but he's good more than great.

Hard for me to get a read on the defense. Reminds me a bit of the Wilcox-era defensive squads where they can hang in there for a half but then gas out because the offense just isn't helping them pull any of the weight. I don't much like our safeties and OLBs in coverage, and I'm not sure we've stopped a slant route all season. They'll get blasted against Bama next week, but they should give us a chance to win against the rest of our schedule provided the offense wakes up and contributes (which isn't a given).

We have an uphill battle to get to 5-5 this season. And honestly, I could live with falling short of that mark if it means that promising young players like Harrison Bailey are getting thrown in the fire to develop. That's an investment. But I've had my fill of watching guys like JG struggle and fail. That's not an investment... that's just losing football games.

How is he not considered a head case? Have you not seen his post? Also been stated multiple times by insiders to the program.

Is it regarding football?...can he beat a rival?..complete a first down?..throw a TD?..can he scramble for a first down and evade pressure...if so you play him lol he isn’t the first head case to even enter a university and he sure as hell won’t be the last if he can win..play him!!..also what reports are you referring to?

OC deserves blame too. I get it- you want a pound of flesh. But whatever. Pruitt has been brutally honest since he’s been hired. It’s just a matter if you like what he says or not.

I would let Osevet and Long take over now. Our offense is in the stone ages and needs an upgrade. Plus roll with Bailey for the future. It’s embarrassing what our offense has looked like so far this year.
