If that's true Pruitt is definitely the problem and should be let go. That's stupid.

We play Bama next week - this is why JG is still in - CJP probably trying against all odds to get him to restore some confidence before that game. Having said this Pruitt is most likely done at UT at this point. This will be similar to Dooley losing to UK - wheels came off after that loss and could not be fixed (recruiting will now probably take a huge hit quickly with people decommitting to coach on hot seat ...). All this is very sad because Pruitt worked hard and actually did some good things but I don't think he will be able to get the momentum back in his favor (not that different from Dooley and Butch who also had some momentum at times).
