They play a little bit of everything, and they finally invested in a decent online playlist so as to find out what you just heard.

Anyway, we stream them when we need a break from KCSM-FM (jazz) or WDVX and WNCW.

We saw him here a couple of years ago in a tiny venue. He’s still working on album #2!

Turnpike Troubadours lead singer and (incredibly gifted) songwriter, Evan Felker, was Miranda’s rebound from Blake. He left his then wife for her. When it went south with Miranda, Evan fell off the wagon. He’s supposedly sober now, so I’m hopeful 2020 ends with a Turnpike Troubadours reunion. That’s about as close as it gets to mainstream.

He’s just not done it from my understanding, but I might be wrong.
edit: I googled. He didn’t like his record label and left. Wikipedia claims he is working on a second album. It’s 23 years in the making as of right now
