You could be right, I just have a hard time believing that if he was nominated prior to Jan 31, 2020 they kept it quite until they started taking nominations again in Sept.

I said earlier, you could be right. I just don't see it though, no fing way Trump who had to be nominated prior to Jan 31 kept it quite until September. The man would have had a twitter storm as soon as he found out.

Nah the early stories were wrong...Trump had 3 nominations and they were well after the 2020 deadline...he did get another one back in 2018 though

Here's the thing...if Biden wins...which I think he will...we will go on with our lives..maybe shift some investments...we don't blame the occupant in the WH for our failures

Crap like what? I posted the nomination process directly from the Nobel Committee and it clearly states that nominations have to be in by Jan 31.

The winner is selected by the Nobel Committee from nominations submitted by committee members and others. Nominations for the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize closed just 11 days after Obama took office. There were 205 nominations for the 2009 award, which included Chinese and Afghan civil rights activists and African politicians. Colombian Senator Piedad Córdoba,[7][8] Afghanistan's Sima Samar,[7] Chinese dissident Hu Jia and Prime Minister of Zimbabwe Morgan Tsvangirai had been speculated to be favorites for the award.[2]

It’s clear here they are referring to the 2021 nomination for Trump not 2020.

Well Hitler was a Nazi and was nominated so clearly it makes sense Trump would be nominated. Duh

The previous nominations were for the 2019 award.

Even though we’re gonna contradict ourselves in a couple of paragraphs we have a way to imply that he was nominated and thus didn’t get it so we’re gonna throw shade because well we’re WaPo and we hate him.

The nomination dates clearly show this had to be a 2021 prize nomination.
