I have 12 acres and a house in serious need of renovation. It is a project house. I'll sell it in a heartbeat. I am tired of hurricanes and bugs and New Yorkers. Can't wait to get back to East Tenn. I will miss the rocket launches though.

That's entirely false. I have said that it has likely been achieved in some areas (Sweden, NY, NJ, Italy?). Anyone who's paying attention knows I've been advocating for the rest of the country to try to get there before cold and flu season, and before our economy is irreparably damaged.

not the same price thing in southern Missouri. but houses here are moving quick. we have a friend who put their house on the market for 125K. its worth way more than that. the bidding war started and hasn't stopped.

Yep! My parents house in Myrtle Beach sold in less than 24 hours. All homes they are looking for in Florida under $400k with pools are like the homes post housing market collapse..wrecked or super outdated.
