JG actually did take out their best player halfway thru the 3rd quarter...he hurt his shoulder lighting JG up. Lol...i have never, ever questioned the kids toughness. He actually played well today. I am hard on him when he sucks...gotta give credit when he plays well. I only saw 3 or 4 passes that were "wtf ?" Off the mark. He managed the game well and made good decisions. If he plays that well every game, we will win more games than we lose this year for sure.

Ps...been Talking about Hyatt the super fast freshman WR all off-season...he is starting to make his presence felt. He slapped the taste out of that dudes mouth, on the bench lmao...he can be a STAR for us in the next few years. Truly world class speed and quickness

Yep, but then I think football should be a defensive game. Defense isn't good enough if they get a 1st down - and way not good enough if they score. I'm not convinced it's the "magic" coaches find on offense as much as the rules changes favoring the offense.

It was a good game; but the defense isn't there yet; play with JG is what it is; and Jones recruited players, but Pruitt recruited a team - huge difference.

JG was solid today. The program is improving and I'm not gonna complain about being 2-0.

Anybody else get annoyed by the TV coverage these days? Especially the "special" effects - like the SEC logo flipping across the screen and obscuring what you are trying to see. If they miss a play because they are replaying something or looking at a questionable call and get caught by a quick snap, I'm can handle that. Today they missed at least one play - like the guys switching cams had no situational awareness. Anybody know if penalty replays are now banned because of the PC culture?
