Looks like a guard pulled to the right to get out to block, with the goal to be to get the ball out of JG's hands quick enough so that it doesn't matter. Didn't work though as the defender flew in with speed.

Hard to tell from the video so far. Looks like he may have got his head moved to the side. With that said, if if it was the other way, Tn. player would be ejected automatically because a breeze from his helmet touched the QB.
