Some are speculating that Trump has probably tested positive since the WH (1) has the 15 minute test, and (2) would have announced a negative result if the 15 minute test had come back negative.

Probably right.

The only way that it makes a difference is if he has it and does get really sick. If he has it, but it's mild, he will still go out, maskless, and infect others wholesale.
