One on her chest is growing rapidly...from pimple size to over a dime size in 2 weeks. The earliest they can get her in at the cancer center is October 19. Lymphoma runs in the family. On November 15th 1990 I got on my knees and asked God to help me. The devil in the bottle was choking me to death and I was powerless to do anything about it. On November the 16th I did it again and the the next day and the day after that and every day for the last 29 years. Prayer works, if you are struggling with alcoholism or addiction of any kind there is help and hope. There are good people and good treatment facilities willing to help and I would recommend them. I would also recommend that you also bow your head and ask God to break the chains of addiction.

This is what I am praying for! As Ulysses says you have to hit rock bottom. He is close if not already there. He has a lot of pride and more stubborn than me.

To me, it sounds a lot like he expects us to be up big early in the game. Talking about playing a lot of guys and getting them a lot of reps. Playing 4 Rbs so they get some experience for down the road.

41-17 type game

I mean, I'm not being a hater - but the guy suddenly isn't Derek Barnett. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if he ended the year with 5-6 sacks total.

Don't get me wrong - I'm rooting for the young man every snap to kill the QB, but he's never shown that he could. He crushed that group of 5 QB whos probably never experienced SEC speed before and has limited to no mobility... but I'm going to need to see a lot more before I start calling for him to get an inane number of sacks each week.

IMO the best pass rusher on this team remains Kivon Bennett. Come year end, it might be one of the freshman. I'll happily eat crow on this thread if DJ has another 2+ sack game this year.

I think you are under estimating that he was all around that QB all night without any help from the D-line. Johnson showed flashes ever since he got here he was just never consistent. Hopefully since he is getting the majority of the snaps it all clicks.

I seriously expect him to get 3+ sacks this game.

I agree. Last year he was there A LOT just never got the finish on the play. DJ is definitely not the next Barnett but he is definitely filling the hole Taylor left.

He also got whipped on the first SC series. Could not set the edge at all. He obviously turned it around and had a great game. I will predict 7 sacks and a like number of hurries.
