They said pregame that they were only able to have 21 of 25 allotted practices. And a lot of these guys were missing in the 21 that they did have... including hardly any live scrimmage time. This is why Pruitt was complaining about how the contact tracing was affecting some teams in the conference more than others...
I'm not sure how much this is Pruitt's or Chaineys decision really. I know Maurer has missed a lot of practice and so has Bailey. That leaves Shrout. JG hasn't turned the ball over. Only reason he's still in.
