Yes medium is the best hands down and you don't have to eat blood! So I would say not only does it taste the best but is biblical too!

You are still eating blood, it has simply been heated to a certain temperature. Please shoot me some scripture that tells me what temp to cook it too. Why not well done or just don't eat meat all together? Do you eat sushi?
