The issue for Bloomy is they openly advertised why they were going to do this and why they chose the audience - to get them voting to win FL for Biden. Not sure if it's enough but you (the lawyer) picked the wrong statute and reason it isn't applicable.

Agreed. Basically Bloomberg is buying votes. A you scratch my back and I will scratch yours. He should be arrested for conspiracy. Now they don't have to vote for Biden but that is what he's trying to agree to.

Trump was also in Michigan two weeks ago boasting that he had saved the auto industry.

Trump said, "You better vote for me. I got you so many damn car plants,".

In reality, only one major plant, a Jeep plant in Detroit, has been announced in Michigan during his presidency and total auto manufacturing jobs in the state fell 2,000 to 40,300 under Trump as of February (this was before the COVID pandemic).

Trump refuses to commit to peaceful transition of power

President Trump refused Wednesday to commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses the election, asserting that if he doesn’t win, it will be because of fraudulent mail-in voting and not because more Americans voted against him.

His latest comments came after he has spent months making unsubstantiated claims that voting by mail is corrupt and will lead to a “rigged” election. In fact, states that have embraced universal mail voting have documented tiny rates of possible ballot fraud, data shows.
“Well, we’re going to have to see what happens. You know that I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots and the ballots are a disaster —” Trump began when asked during a White House press briefing if he would ensure a peaceful transition.

It is pretty funny to watch a bunch of people 4 years into an 8 year stretch of of making up stuff about Trump cheating in elections... Flip out over Trump making stuff up about Dems cheating in elections. Lol.

If Trump wins, Monty will post for 4 years about how he cheated (again). Bank on that.

Yeah, right. That "Lock her up!" rallying cry about Hillary Clinton from 2016 proved to be such a legitimate threat to her freedom. I'm sure that Joe Biden is looking at Hillary "locked up" in her 3 story mansion right now in Chappaqua, and quaking in his boots over it.

It's amazing how quickly that "Lock her up!" threat disappeared after the 2016 election was over. It was fast enough to lead a person to believe that Hillary Clinton being prosecuted (let alone incarcerated) was never a serious possibility at all. It was all just a part of Trump's hollow campaign bluster, and an empty threat.
