Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed away

Not always bad. I believe that because I believe the Bible is the word of God--the source of objective moral truth, which exists and can be known--and because of a holistic view of its teachings. I believe the description of "ethics" and "morality" to be basically a judgment of alignment to God's designed purposes for creation.

Now, your turn. I also answered the question you sidestepped.

What's the standard that makes the distinction?

From previous conversations, you believe that "moral" is a purely relative concept, and is defined by social agreement, no?

You've defined Trump as evil for "dividing" the country.

In your definitions (if you're to be consistent), "division" is merely the description of differences of opinion within our American society.

Thus, by your belief system, Trump and his Trumpsters aren't actually "evil", or even "wrong". But they are evil for allowing a social acceptance that you disagree with.

At the end of the day, if you're being honest and consistent to your beliefs, you're merely demonizing people for having different opinions than you.

Correct?
I admit up front I only read the first part of your post.
So you picked C.
We agree!!!
Imagine that. I wonder who is more shocked.

How so? Please explain.
You made this claim:
We are founded on the principle of free association
If a person of color wished to associate at the public pool but was not allowed because it was segregated, forced integration would be warranted.

Are we talking public or private property now? There is a difference

They've been that way since Bush. I don't Expect any politician to be fiscally responsible or conservative but when you're talking morality, killing babies, sodomy, new age paganism It's a different story
Yea the government should totally be involved in blow jobs between consenting adults

So they are opened ended to infinity and beyond or a möbius strip?
Not at all. They have beginning and ending points. You can stretch it out to any size you wish, but it changes nothing. This is truly a case of "size doesn't matter." You of all people should be able to appreciate that.

So forced integration of public places is appropriate?

But you think restaurants, theaters, arenas, and retail establishments should be legally allowed to refuse people of color?

Private establishments should be allowed to deny service to anybody for any reason. Whether the owner of said establishment is white and denying service to a minority or vice versa is irrelevant.

Fair enough. Most do not share that opinion, and as you can see.....majority rules.

Conveniently, you didn't answer the question this time either.
I've answered the question multiple times. You've reposted my position (in your own twisted words) even more times.
People decide right and wrong individually and collectively as a society.
That's why it's ever changing.

Yet Trump is evil for offering the collective choices--i.e. "being divisive". lol

As I said forced segregation is just as bad as forced integration and barring someone from a public pool because of skin color would be forced segregation.

Our government has no business being in the segregation or integration business. All things government should be color blind.

The answer to forced pool segregation is forced pool integration.
They are in no way equally bad, not even remotely. In fact, one is even sort of good.
