The owner of the Los Angeles Angels urged a group of Latino voters to cast their votes for President Trump in November.

Arte Moreno said it was a necessity for Trump to win the 2020 election during a speech at a Latinos for Trump event in Phoenix, Arizona, on Monday, according to a report from the Arizona Republic. Moreno, who is the first Mexican-American to own a major professional sports team in the United States, told the crowd that Trump is the presidential candidate who will help Latino citizens prosper in the future.

He did get a slow start. And George is certainly doing his part to keep interrupting.

I can’t wait to see George take a similar tack with a Biden Town Hall.

Trump agreed to a no holds bared town hall, I don’t have a problem with how George is handling it. Trump should have known what he was getting into.

Fair enough. Now he needs to push Biden to hold serve on the same format. And if they handle him with kid’s gloves it’s gonna play better for Trump.

Agreed. Now Trump doesn’t need to start tweet bashing George for the way he treated him. If he’s smart he’ll just say something like “George was tough but did his job when is Joe going to sit for something like that?”

Yeah that is the way he SHOULD handle it. But George is savvy too and will probably goad him into a tweet storm. But... that’s fair game these are the major leagues and even the playoffs at this late point

George has cagily brought back up 2016 campaign promises and pressed Trump in that. That appears to be his plan and since Trump is the incumbent frankly it’s an effective tactic. I did hear a “what would you do then” on one point Trump brought up saying what Biden would do. But for the most part he’s pressed on 2016 promises
