That’s seriously all I ask for . I don’t trust a single media source not to lie to me , I don’t trust any politician not to lie to me . I honestly believe they all will , either to make money or to control whatever narrative they are pushing .

To the contrary, it is the fact that Trump has so many times made such wacky inappropriate comments about things like this before then bald faced lied about it, that gives this story an air of credibility.

Bush, Obama, Clinton, Reagan, etc. If anyone claimed one of them had made such outrageous comments you'd immediately disregard it. But Trump? Maybe so. Maybe so.

Any air of credibility has been blown away by 4 years of reporting on anonymous sources that later turned out to be BS.

I believe the media has damaged themselves with the all in , no matter what approach , more than Trump ever could . He just pointed it out and pushed the narrative .

I personally wouldn't doubt he would say something like that, but they ought to at least provide their names if they hope to change any minds at all. There's still going to be his base that won't care or won't believe it either way, but unnamed sources aren't moving the needle these days.

Story has already been debunked by first hand accounts from Scarvino and Sanders..plus the weather memo and excerpt from Bolden's book...EL has moved on to talking about Trump ancestors and internet polls cause she knows she got nothing with this story

The author knows exactly what he’s doing. Without sources people will just believe whatever they’re preinclined to do. This is a poltical hit job, not journalism
